Why novogeek?
I get this question often, so thought to write about it;)
Well, naming is hard. It was those days (2007) when I just started my professional career in Information Technology. Having a geeky screen name was the trend (and still it is!). All I wanted my screen name to reflect was: I am a young, little, present-day kid amused by shiny techie things. I wanted the word 'geek' in it and I didn't want it to be longer than 8 characters. Used google translate and found that novo, a Portuguese word, is what I am looking for (ssshh! these noobs :p).
Well, after 12+ years, I am still proud of the name. As Einstein said, "The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know". So I will always be that little, inquisitive kid trying to learn shiny techie things.
